Ignite the Youth for Glorious India - Launching in Ahmedabad

During the celebration of the Platinum Jubilee of the Brahma Kumaris, the Youth Wing launched at a state Level,  the project “Ignite the Youth for Glorious India” onTuesday, the 7th of February, 2012at the Venus Ground, Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad. The project is for the empowerment of Youth who are in between 16 to 35 years of age from schools & colleges, rural youths or having a profession.

A cultural evening was the start of the whole program.

 Dadi Ratan Mohiniji, Additional Joint Chief of Brahma Kumaris and the Chairperson of the Youth Wing called upon youth to join in this project and become the messenger of Peace and Harmony for the development of the society.

Other dignitaries who shared their view, welcomed the project and agreed to contribute their thoughts, time and deed for the project were Brahma Kumari Sarladidi Ji, Director – Brahma Kumaris Gujarat Zone, Brahma Kumari Chandrikaben – National Coordinator of the Youth Wing, Brother Bhagyesh Zha – Secretary, Ministry of Youth, Culture, & Sports, Government of Gujarat,  Brother Mukesh Patel, International Tax Consultant, Brother Amitabh Shah – President, YUVA Unstoppable and others.

B.K. Lalitbhai from Shantivan was the master of ceremony; he eloquently presided over the speech. B.K. Vinaynaben from Ahmedabad welcomed the guest, B.K. Jitubhai from Mount Abu explained the project to the audience, B.K. Shwetaben from Shantivan guided the youth in taking the pledge for a glorious India, B.K. Vivekbhai sang the National Anthem, B.K. Dr. Ashokbhai Jethwa thanked everyone for their contribution in making this program successful.

The launching of the project has opened new doors to the Youth of Ahmedabad taking them towards new horizons on the development & empowerment of the self.
