Youth has huge potential. If positivity and creativity in youth are combined with divine virtues and moral values, they can uplift and benefit the society to a great extent. But we see that the negative tendencies are more prevalent in the society having a negative influence on youth, resulting in life full of vices, tension, confusion, crime and vicious cycles of drugs and intoxication.

Hence at the request of the youth, the above conference was organised at Gyan Sarovar, Mt. Abu, to provide a clear direction and methodology which enabled life to be transparent, happy and creative.

  • Young participants realized the need of spirituality in their day-to-day life
  • Received invitations from many youth institutions for conducting various courses
  • Youth pledged to give up addictions, bad habits and non-vegetarian food

Rajyoga Meditation Camps:

  • For increasing concentration
  • For developing transformation power and Positive Thinking
  • No. of days - 3 to 5

This is a very effective means to develop mental concentration, art of positive thinking and for experiencing a state of deep silence. Young aspirants received training of Rajyoga to practice meditation in their daily life. Such camps are also organised in coordination with Youth institutions like Leo, Jaycees, Rotaracts etc. Around 60 - 70 participants participated in these camps.

Research of the self:

Participants were inspired to experiment on a particular subject and write practical experiences in the form of a brief research paper of about 300 words.
